Room is a little on the small side however the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Front Desk person’s were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect-right next to Chinatown and everything else I wanted to do. Would stay again when I am in SF,

Husband and I booked a room here last minute for two nights after our Airbnb host suddenly canceled on us. Once we figured out how to turn off the radiator, it was perfect! The price was affordable compared to other hotels in the area, especially for the quality of the rooms. They are beautifully modern and have just enough space and amenities. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. I wanted to spend a lot of time in Chinatown so the location was great. Easy access to all the public transit. I would recommend and return in the future.

Pretty rooms but felt a bit lacking in some areas. Shower in bathroom was overly complicated, which was fun to discuss with others, but ultimately kind of a bother. Had to ask multiple times to have the shower drain unclogged. The rooms are fairly quiet when windows are closed and even not so bad with them open as the street outside isn't too busy. TV was pretty bad, but that's not too important. Visually rooms were great for work calls.

The room is on the small side but fit family of 4 ok. 1 kid and 3 adults. Has a small fridge in the room and closet if you need some hanging space for clothes. There was no screen on the window, so that was a no-go for me, seeing as soon as I opened the window for air a moth flew right in, so I had to close it right back. Also, it is a very modern style shower. Has a quarter style fog glass so you HAVE to stand right under the shower head. Otherwise, water will get everywhere. Ultimately, it was clean, offered an ATM in the lobby and hot coffee in the am, and centrally located to everything we wanted to do for a quick last-minute getaway. Will definitely go again.

Great accomodation to stay a few days in SF! Can absolutely recommend this hotel! I can not agree with other comments regarding the shower, it was completely okay and although it is a bit open, there is no problem with it. The only negative point was the defect Coffee Maschine during my trip. I was happy in the hotel :)

We were so impressed by this hotel and loved our stay here for 4 nights. A brilliant location, right next to the entrance to Chinatown but quiet at night and felt very safe for two girls travelling together on a well lit street. The hotel was very clean, the king-size bed was huge and the bathroom was beautiful with strong shower. The staff were very friendly on the 24 hour desk and were happy to help with anything - they even provided us with toothpaste! Free coffee and tea machine as well as ice machine. Room had lovely view too. We would definitely come back!

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, we could walk to most major attractions. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. However, the rooms are not very soundproof and you can therefore hear people walking and talking very clearly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
